How to Order
Browse through our infinite number of products paying particular attention to the details such as size and dimensions. Products typically come with 3 sizes (Small-Medium-Large). Some items also come in additional sizes such as X Large and XX Large. When you find an item you wish to purchase, scroll down, there will be the option to add an etching and/or engraving. If you have an Image/Logo to upload, please click browse and select your file. For accepted file formats for images/logo, please see “Artwork” below. If you have text, please enter text, noting the etch area (The etch area is roughly 10 characters for 1 inch, including spaces, depending on font style). Then select your font style. Select the quantity and click on the blue "Add to Cart" button before the bottom of the page. This will bring you to the Shopping Cart page where you can see the item added to your cart. Click on the "Continue Shopping" box if you would like to add other items in your shopping cart, and just repeat the process until you have all the items you want to order saved in your shopping cart. Once you are ready to check out, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" box and enter your email address to get to the checkout page.
Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation usually within minutes. The e-mail will include an order number for your reference. If it has been a couple of hours and you have not received your order confirmation e-mail, please call us at 626-286-8287 before placing another order.
If engraving is requested, you will receive a follow-up email with the subject field titled with your order number or "Artwork Layout" by one of our associates within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order. The email will have an attached picture file, a proof/ artwork layout, that shows how your item will look with the engraving. Please reply with your approval or specify slight changes you may want to make so we may process your order expeditiously. Note that engraving/imprinting is only for one location.
Please note that as policy, CrystalsBuy will charge the authorized amount on your credit or debit card when your order is submitted (except for special order items). CrystalsBuy does not accept cash or check vouchers, and only accepts the following credit cards and online electronic payment services:

If we are unable to process your credit card or do not receive your online electronic payment, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number, expiration date, security code and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Note that we cannot authorize your card unless the billing address on file with your credit card company matches exactly to the billing address supplied to Crystals Buy. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
At present, CrystalsBuy collects sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California. Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. To get the best results on your item, acceptable file formats include:
- Adobe Illustrator (ai & eps)
Artwork submitted should be in Original Vector Format (.eps and/or .ai files), if you do NOT have artwork in one of these two formats, one can be made using the existing format (.jpeg, .gif, .doc, .docx, or .pdf files). A quote for changing your artwork to Vector Artwork will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Costs vary depending on the detail of the artwork. Occasionally, higher quality .jpeg and .pdf files are acceptable with slight distortions. Our knowledgeable staff will determine if the file is adequate.
Note: etchings (engravings) will not be in color.
All Logos and Engravings pictured and/or displayed are copyright protected. Logos and Engravings displayed by CrystalsBuy are only for reference in regards to the imprinting/etching facility and are not for sale, nor do the etchings come with the item(s). Unauthorized use of these logos is prohibited and will be subject to prosecution by the owners of the Logos.
Engraving/Etching can be requested on most blank items for one location on the same item at an additional price of $47.00 Engraving/Etching. Please see specific details on each item page.
Special Notes for Engraving and Imprinting:
Maximum wording: 30 characters per line, maximum 5 lines (It depends on the engraving/imprinting area of the item. Our staff will do their best to accommodate your request.)
For orders that include imprinting/engraving, a proof aka artwork layout (a drawing of how your product will appear) will be sent to customers within 1-2 business days.
Customers must review this layout and approve before proceeding to production.
Items purchased without Image/Logo and without engraving service are defined as blank items. Blank items with no etching or engraving orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours upon order confirmation. Blank item products may include: ornaments, photo frames, coasters, mirrors, clocks, and pens, business card holders, name plates, games, key chains, etc. Blank item products are noted in the description as such. Engraving/Etching can be requested on most blank items for one location on the same item at an additional price of $47.00 net. Please see item attributes for engraving options.
There is considerable savings to purchases of five pieces and/or exceeding five pieces of the same item. Please contact us by phone or email and a sales team member will contact you via the phone number or email address provided. In case you do not find the item you are looking for on our website, please send a picture(s) of the items and we will gladly see if we have it in stock.
100% exchange on damaged or defective products within 14 days of notifying CrystalsBuy; the product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All shipping charges on exchanges are free. Etched/Engraved items cannot be returned.
